It is with great pleasure that I invite you to the 10th Annual Conference of the Baltic Society of Regional Anaesthesia (BSRA2025), which will take place on 9-10 May, in the picturesque town of Sigulda, Latvia. This milestone event marks a decade of dedication to advancing the field of regional anesthesia and ultrasound-guided techniques. Over the years, our society has grown into a vibrant community of professionals who share a passion for innovation, education, and collaboration. This meeting will continue our tradition of excellence, offering a platform for cutting-edge lectures, hands-on workshops, and thought-provoking discussions that will enhance our daily practice.

The theme of this year’s meeting is “Pushing Boundaries in Regional Anesthesia and Ultrasound: From Routine Practice to Extraordinary Challenges.” We will explore the latest advancements in ultrasound-guided techniques, regional analgesia for complex surgeries, and the evolving role of these modalities in intensive care, emergency medicine, and beyond.

In light of the ongoing global challenges, we will also address the critical role of regional anesthesia in crisis situations, including military and disaster medicine.
